Order Processing

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process, sew and prepare your order before it is shipped.

As our products are handmade, this processing time allows us to make sure your order is completed with care.

If you need your order sooner, please get in touch with us at the time of placing your order. Depending on our current order load, we may be able to fast-track your order.

New Zealand-Wide Delivery

We ship New Zealand-wide via NZ Post.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, please allow approximately 3-5 working days for delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on NZ Post and your location.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Local Delivery

We offer free delivery to our neighbouring areas: Wakefield, Brightwater & Richmond.
